A research project within DIGHUMLAB makes video based observations of the team work of architecture and digital design students as well as their interpersonal skills.
Storage of the big amounts of data is a challenge in the project. Research in this area places special demands on the amount of data and the speed of transfer between the storage and the compute facility.
The supercomputer at the Technical University of Denmark, called “Computerome” is therefore included in the research process.
The computer is designed to be used by researchers from different fields and can help them find answers in huge and complex datasets.
The research project is a pilot project funded by DeIC eScience Competence Centre.
